The Web site, at insurance.ca.gov, shows the ratings of five PPOs based on criteria including asthma care, cancer screening, diabetes care and care of children. None of the PPOs received a top four-star rating, but CompanyWatch allows you to receive email alerts with stories related to your companies of interest. Aetna, CompanyWatch allows you to receive email alerts with stories related to your companies of interest. CIGNA Health Care of California and CompanyWatch allows you to receive email alerts with stories related to your companies of interest. Health Net of California each received three stars.
